For more than 25 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping higher education and nonprofit organizations harness technology to better serve their communities. My journey has taken me across the globe and across perspectives—working both as a client leading large-scale initiatives and as a consultant guiding institutions through the complex process of selecting, vetting, and implementing transformative technology.

I began my career in advancement and nonprofit operations, quickly realizing the profound impact that the right systems and strategies can have on fundraising, student success, and mission delivery. Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles with some of the most recognized names in the industry, including JCA, Blackbaud, Huron Consulting Group, Cloud for Good, and Causeis. Each role gave me the opportunity to partner with institutions of all sizes and shapes—universities, associations, and nonprofits—helping them navigate change while balancing vision with practicality.

What sets my approach apart is the perspective I bring from both sides of the table. I know what it’s like to be in the client seat, balancing competing priorities and limited resources, while also charting a course toward innovation. And I know the vendor side deeply—how to evaluate options, manage partner relationships, and deliver on ambitious implementation roadmaps. That dual lens allows me to anticipate challenges, build trust, and create solutions that stick.
